» IBA Gomel Certified IBA Gomel certified its Quality Management Systems (QMS) for software design, development, production, maintenance, and support to the Belarusian national standard STB ISO 9001-2001 and the international standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. On December 6, a joint commission of the Belarusian State Standardization Committee and TGA, a world known German appraisal agency, inspected the IBA Gomel QMS as to its conformity with the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. Based on the results of the analysis, examination and assessment, the commission of the Belarusian State Standardization Committee concluded: The Quality Management System of IBA Gomel fully meets the requirements of STB ISO 9001-2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. The commission highlighted the introduction of information technologies in the quality management process, as well as the high level of involvement of company employees in the quality assurance activity. Nikolai Kusakin, Director of the Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification (BelGISS), presented the STB ISO 9001-2001 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificates to IBA Gomel management on the New Year eve.
