» Quality Management Quality Management System is designed to guarantee the company’s ability to deliver high quality products that meet customer requirements, specifications, and current legislative acts. Since its inception, IBA-Gomel has been working to develop, introduce, and modify its Quality Management System. As a result: IBA-Gomel received DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certificate for design, development, production, and maintenance of computer software. The certificate was issued by TGA, a world known German assessment agency. IBA-Gomel certified its QMS for software production (SW QMS) to the national standard STB ISO 9001-2001. Aiming at higher efficiency and better customer satisfaction, we are taking further steps to improve our Quality Management System for products and services.
